Riva has announced they have signed off on the contract for the first Riva 54 Metre. The sale took place in partnership with Alain Maaraoui, founder and president of Sea Pros Yachts, Riva’s exclusive dealer in Kuwait.
The new Riva 54 is the outcome of a key partnership between Officina Italiana Design, the studio founded by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, the Strategic Product Committee chaired by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.
The construction of the new aluminium-built Riva 54 is already underway at the Riva Superyachts Division in Ancona, where the Ferretti Group’s Superyacht Yard is also based, currently engaged in the construction of ten superyachts, built of steel and aluminium, for the Pershing, CRN and Custom Line brands.
Among the main features of the Riva 54 are the outdoor spaces measuring almost 370 square metres, the beach area in contact with the sea and the wellness area, with a gym, spa and swimming pool. The model’s expected top speed is 18 knots and her launch is scheduled for 2025.
