Wear the charm and legend of seafaring with Sealup

What’s New at the 65th Genoa International Boat Show

An unmistakably seafaring style combined with a contemporary elegance is the core concept encapsulated in the garments of the Sealup collection, the Milan-based company founded in 1935, a collection that offers the highest standards of technical performance and refined design. Featuring jackets, peacoats, “sud ovest” rain hats, raincoats and more, conceived for those who take on the wind and rain with natural vocation and style, the collection that Sealup will be putting on display at the 65th Genoa International Boat Show this year will be a treat for all seafarers.

Sealup, a fusion of two words, Sea and Lup (“wolf”, in Milanese dialect), has for the breadth of three generations been synonymous with attention to detail, precision and passion for luxury clothing. Sealup has as its emblem the “sea wolf” (the Italian version of the English “sea dog”), which embodies that essential tension that exists between land and water, between elegance and adventure.

Sealup garments are designed to cope with the most variable weather conditions, but are also perfect for everyday and leisure use, both at the docks and in town, and every component used is certified to guarantee safety for the person wearing it and for the environment. Moreover, thanks to an agreement with a partner specialised in textile recycling, production waste is transformed into new raw material.

Sealup stands out for its fully integrated production chain, distributed among its five factories, all in Lombardy, Italy, where traditional craftsmanship is intertwined with state-of-the-art machinery, innovative fabrics and rigorous quality control, in compliance with the highest standards of environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
