What’s New at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show
High performance, efficiency and versatility characterise the new A48 O/B, which Cranchi Yachts is unveiling at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show. Measuring 14.75 metres in length and 4.29 metres in beam, the new Cranchi A48 O/B – the result of the work of Christian Grande and the Cranchi Yachts Research and Development Centre – builds on the A46 concept, reinterpreting its identity in a more versatile way, offering greater protection, greater dynamism and new possibilities for onboard living.
At the stern, the side transoms incorporate an access step, with a hydraulically operated up/down ladder on the left and a retractable manual ladder on the right. In the cockpit, the folding sides create a spacious beach area.
Beneath a spacious T-top are a sofa and a sunbathing area that covers the storage compartment for water toys, as well as a bar-kitchen unit with a sink, fridge, ice-maker and hob. The helm station has three individual seats.
The below-deck layout comprises an owner’s cabin, a cabin with two single beds arranged lengthways, and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower, washbasin unit, and a floor and shower tray in lightweight marble. A palette of special colours designed by Cranchi Atelier is available for the Cranchi A48 O/B.
