What’s New at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show
Lomac’s new Turismo 8.5 is making its debut at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show; with this model, the company completes the range launched in 2022 with the Turismo 7.0. Measuring 8.50 metres in length and 3.13 metres in width, the Turismo 8.5 – designed by Federico Fiorentino, who created the hull developed using CFD analysis – echoes the lines and layout of the larger models in the series.
In the cockpit, there is a U-shaped dinette seating eight people, with a table that folds down to form a sundeck. The helm station has two seats for the skipper and co-skipper, and the unit houses a fridge. At the bow, there is a spacious sundeck with storage compartments.
The planned engine configuration for the Turismo 8.5 comprises a maximum of two outboard engines, delivering a total power output of 400 hp.
