What’s New at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show
Named European Power Boat 2026, the Menorquín 48 FB will be making its debut at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show and completes the Sasga Yachts range (imported into Italy by Pedetti Yacht), fitting in between the 42-foot and 55-foot models.
The Menorquin 48 FB, measuring 15.80 metres in length and 4.85 metres in beam, combines modern construction technology with the tradition of the Balearic Islands’ historic working boats. A fascinating blend characterised by generous living spaces, safe gangways and a rational layout that ensures the boat is enjoyable to use at any time of day.
A distinctive feature, alongside the bow design, is the comfortable outdoor dinette at the forward end of the main deck, while the cockpit is both sheltered and in close contact with the sea. On the flybridge, the second helm station is flanked by a spacious sundeck.
The saloon, which houses the interior helm station, is designed for relaxation with C-shaped sofas and seating along the starboard side. In the standard version, the galley is on the lower deck but can be moved to the main deck. Doing so increases the space available in the owner’s cabin, located at the bow, and the two double cabins amidships.
The Menorquín 48 FB is specced with two 440 hp inboard engines, delivering a top speed of 23 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots.
