Sanlorenzo crowns its SL line with the new SL80A, an innovative design that embodies the ultimate expression of Sanlorenzo’s design philosophy. The new SL80A builds on the legacy of a line that spans 40 years and now ranges from 78 to 120 feet. A line which, throughout its evolution, has always remained true to an unmistakable stylistic signature that balances elegance, proportion and functionality.
“The SL80A symbolises the essence of our philosophy,” explains Tommaso Vincenzi, CEO of Sanlorenzo. “This is in no way a scaled-down version of a larger yacht, but rather a synthesis of the experience we have built up over the decades with the SL line. Our aim was to concentrate the same quality of space, comfort and design into a yacht that allows owners to experience the sea in a more immediate and versatile way, while still remaining unmistakably Sanlorenzo. We believe the SL80A has the potential to welcome a new generation of owners into our Maison, and at the same time uphold our design philosophy without compromising its identity, quality or architectural integrity.”
With exterior design and interior architecture by Zuccon International Project, which continues its decade-long collaboration with Sanlorenzo, the new SL80A stands out for her strong sense of continuity between the hull and superstructure, with the flybridge perfectly integrated into the overall silhouette.
The asymmetrical architecture introduced by Sanlorenzo in 2018, with the superstructure running flush with the hull along the starboard side, adds 20% more space on deck, where the defining feature of the interior design is the Azteca parquet, designed by Studio Zuccon for Cadorin, with its triangular elements: a texture that is echoed in the wall panels and headboards to create depth, light and visual continuity.
