Entitled “Tomorrow’s Timeless”, Sanlorenzo’s 2026–2028 Business Plan reaffirms the group’s industrial strategy: selective growth, volume control, brand enhancement and disciplined capital allocation.
For 2026, the group forecasts net new-build revenues of between €980 million and €1.02 billion, representing a 4.1% increase at the mid-point compared to the €960.4 million recorded in 2025. EBITDA is expected to be between €180 million and €192 million, with a margin of between 18.4% and 18.8%. The outlook to 2028 indicates growth in New Net Revenues with a CAGR of 6% or higher and a target EBITDA margin of at least 19%.
Massimo Perotti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sanlorenzo, emphasised that the group is entering the plan from a position of strength, having achieved its key guidance targets in 2025. According to Perotti, the order backlog, order intake and direct distribution network confirm a model based on limited volumes, differentiation, direct customer relationships and operational discipline.
The first quarter of 2026 shows positive commercial momentum. Order intake stood at €223.2 million, up 25.4% compared to €178.1 million in the first quarter of 2025. This marks the seventh consecutive quarter of growth in order intake.
