Sanlorenzo returns to Milan Design Week with UN_Material, a new installation designed by Piero Lissoni, which will be presented as part of the INTERNI MATERIAE exhibition-event in the historic 18th century courtyard of the University of Milan, from 20 to 30 April.
Conceived as a form of architectural design within the space, UN_Material reveals the yacht’s internal geometry, while allowing visitors to imagine its overall presence without fully defining it.
The structure is raised on a platform that echoes the waterline, and moving elements extend the visual narrative beyond the physical form.
The UN_Material project continues Sanlorenzo’s exploration of design as a cultural language, extending beyond the object itself to encompass architecture, perception and experience.
