Sanlorenzo S.p.A and Sawa S.r.l, a company controlled by Leonardo Ferragamo, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding providing for a period of exclusivity to evaluate possible strategic alliance opportunities between the Nautor Swan Group, controlled by Sawa, and the Sanlorenzo Group.
