Overmarine has announced the launch (on 8 April) of the first Mangusta GranSport 34, which builds on the legacy of the previous Mangusta GranSport 33, an award-winning model of which 12 units have been delivered.
The new Mangusta GranSport 34 was designed by Alberto Mancini in collaboration with the Overmarine Group Engineering Department and is the result of a fusion of sporty, bold lines, impressive performance and an increasingly versatile on-board concept.
Powered by four Volvo Penta IPS units, the Mangusta GranSport 34 reaches a maximum speed of 24 knots and, compared to the previous 33-metre model, the aft cockpit area and garage have been enlarged to accommodate SCR filters, now essential for sailing in ECA zones, such as the American coastline.
It is no coincidence that the first Mangusta GranSport 34 is destined for a US owner and will be delivered by the end of May 2026. “The Mangusta GranSport 34,” explains Stefano Arlunno, President of Mangusta Americas, “is already proving to be a great success overseas. As many as six units of the previous 33-metre model have been delivered to US clients.”
