All contents of this Platform (the “Platform”) owned by Confindustria Nautica, managed through the company Fuoricentro Studio with the technical support of Net7 hosted at Siteground are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction in any form, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Violation of the conditions of use by a user will result in denial of their access to the website. These rights may be exercised at any time.

Liability

The Owner takes on no responsibility in relation to either the content published on this site or the use that third parties may make of it, or for any contamination deriving from access, interconnection, downloading of material or computer programmes from this site.

Therefore, the Owner may not be held liable in any way or for any reason whatsoever for any damages, losses, or prejudices of any kind that third parties may suffer as a result of coming into contact with this website, or following the use of and reliance on the information published therein, as well as the software used.

We undertake to cooperate with the competent authorities, to settle any complaints regarding the processing of personal data that are not resolved directly between the Owner and the individual.

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to compliance with or in any way connected to these Terms of Use shall be subject to non-exclusive Italian jurisdiction, with the Court of Genoa acting as the place of jurisdiction.
