What’s New at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show
A long list of improvements defines the second series of the popular Cap Camarat 9.0 WA S2, which is making its debut at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show. The team at Jeanneau Design and Patrice Sarrazin of Michael Peters Yacht Design have, in fact, worked extensively on one of the most successful models in the Cap Camarat range, introducing numerous innovations.
First and foremost is a new V-shaped hull designed by Michael Peters, which enables the Cap Camarat WA S2 (8.60 metres long, with a maximum beam of 2.98 metres) to be fitted with twin engines delivering a maximum power output of 500 hp, for a top speed of 40 knots.
With its sleek lines, T-top, protective glass windscreen and large hull windows, the Cap Camarat 9.0 WA S2 model offers generous outdoor spaces, with a cockpit that extends thanks to the left-hand section of the gunwale opening out onto the sea, and a reclining backrest on the aft sofa that allows a comfortable sunbathing area to be created in a matter of seconds.
The cockpit also features an outdoor galley with a grill and a fridge integrated into the helm station. Below deck, the Cap Camarat 9.0 WA S2 offers two cabins and a bathroom. These spaces are bathed in natural light, with the owner’s cabin forward and a second double cabin.
