What’s New at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show
Honda Marine Europe is launching a new range of fibreglass boats, which is making its world debut at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show. Honda Marine Europe has chosen the BMA shipyard for this new range, which comprises seven models – including open and cabin boats – ranging from 5.50 to 9.50 metres.
The new series, where the acronym 4XC stands for “For Excellence”, is the result of a collaboration between Honda Marine’s research and development department and BMA’s naval architects; each model has been redesigned in terms of layout, fit-out packages and engine options, paired with Honda outboard engines ranging from the BF40 up to two BF350 V8s.
Two models have been chosen to showcase the new 4XC FRP range: the 4XC – BMA 266 and the 4XC – BMA 299.
The 4XC – BMA 266 is a nimble open boat, 8.20 metres long and 2.55 metres wide, while the 4XC – BMA 299 is a cabin cruiser, 9.10 metres long and 2.90 metres wide.
The 4XC FRP range will be available from November and exclusively through the Honda network. Service, warranty and after-sales support are provided by Honda dealers across Europe.
