Garmin becomes a partner of the Italian Dinghy 12′ Class Association

Garmin Italia announces its official partnership with Italy’s Dinghy 12′ Class Association founded on 27th September 1969 in Rapallo and bringing together Italian enthusiasts of the Dinghy 12′, a small hull designed in 1913 by Englishman George Cockshott.

We are proud to be official partners of an association that mixes tradition and passion in such a peculiar and unique way,” commented Carlo Brevini, Sales & Marketing Manager of Garmin Marine Italia.

Garmin Italia will be at the Association’s side in the events of the 2023 season by awarding the winners of the Coppa Italia divided into four legs and the 21st Dinghy Classic Trophy scheduled in Monterosso, Bellano, Bolsena and San Vincenzo.

Garmin will also award a Garmin Quatix 7, the latest-generation multisport smartwatch with functions designed for those who love the sea, to the helmsman who will have made the best recovery from the first day of racing during the season.
