“My first two months at Ferretti Group,” commented Stassi Anastassov, CEO of the Ferretti Group, “have been devoted entirely to listening, learning and gaining an in-depth understanding of the company from the inside. I have spent a great deal of time at our shipyards alongside employees, dealers, agents and boat owners, analysing our performance brand by brand, market by market. The conclusion I have arrived at is clear: The Ferretti Group remains an extraordinary company, with exceptional brands, highly talented people and one of the strongest financial positions in the sector. At the same time, the first half of the year confirms that we are operating in a more challenging market environment than in recent years. Customers’ decision-making times have lengthened, competition has intensified in various segments and order intake remains below the levels needed to replenish our order book at the pace we would like.”
