Columbus Yachts has announced the launch of Acqua Chiara, the first model of the Atlantique 47 series, a creation born from the close collaboration between Columbus Yachts, which took care of the naval engineering, and Hot Lab studio which signed the exterior and interior design.
Sporting a steel hull, aluminium superstructure, a maximum beam of 9.10 metres, a total draught of 2.4 metres, 499GT, Acqua Chiara, like the rest of the Atlantique fleet, stands out for the lines that define the stern which is developed on three levels with, from the bow, a covered dining area, a living area with swimming pool and terraces that can be opened out and a platform with transformer just 50 cm from the water.
Leather and dark and white marble, Sicis glass and mosaics are the key elements that characterise the interiors, which is organised to include the owner’s cabin forward on the main deck and two VIP and two guest doubles on the lower deck. The captain’s cabin comes next, located on the bridge and four cabins for the crew are on the lower deck.
There are two garages, one on the starboard side designed to contain a 5-metre tender, and one forward designed for a rescue tender and two jet skis. The new Atlantique 47 Acqua Chiara, running on two
1350 hp engines, reaches a maximum speed of 15.5 knots. The cruising speed is 14.5 knots and the range at 12 knots is 3400 miles
