Two weekends dedicated to the boating and maritime worlds, the sixth edition of Boat Days, an annual event that is taking place for the second time in Civitavecchia from 2 to 4 and from 9 to 11 April will be taking place next year, with a revamped format that is even more tailored to the broader public, industry professionals and boating enthusiasts.
Born out of a collaboration between the Consorzio Mare Lazio and the Civitavecchia Municipal Council, the sixth edition of Boat Days – one of the regional boat shows sponsored by Confindustria Nautica, the Italian Marine Industry Association – aims to further enhance a venue that offers unique qualities in terms of logistics, exhibition space and scenery, with the aim of bringing together the boating sector, institutions and the local territory, building a shared project that can grow over time and become an increasingly significant event for Civitavecchia and the whole of the Lazio region.
“We are delighted to host Boat Days in Civitavecchia for the second year running,” commented the city’s Mayor Marco Piendibene at the presentation event dedicated to the upcoming sixth edition of Boat Days. “This is an event that must become firmly established in our city and continue to grow, gaining an increasingly national profile until it is able to compete with the sector’s most prestigious events. Civitavecchia has everything it takes to support such growth and make this event a permanent fixture on the city’s calendar.”
Among the new features that will be defining the upcoming sixth edition of Boat Days is the venue: Piazza della Vita, a large exhibition space directly overlooking the sea, where boats, inflatable craft, outboard motors, accessories, marine equipment and services will take centre stage, alongside charter companies, brokers and industry professionals, to offer the public a comprehensive overview of the world of boating and sailing.
As with previous editions, Boat Days 2027 will also be free to explore. Boat Days aims to be an event open to everyone: yachtspeople, industry professionals, boating enthusiasts, families and those simply curious will be able to access the exhibition area free of charge and take part in all of the scheduled events.
