What’s New at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show
Bigger, bolder, more functional and more luxurious, the BGX83, the new flagship by Bluegame is making her debut at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show. The BGX83 (25.60 metres in overall length but certified at 23.98 metres) embodies the pinnacle of Bluegame’s owner-centric design, combining unprecedented space and functionality.
On the BGX83 (concept by Luca Santella, design by Lissoni & Partners – Zuccon International Project), the beach area evolves into an open-air lounge with, on the starboard side, an opening onto the sea flanking the hydraulic platform.
The aft saloon is directly connected to the beach area and forms an extension of the full-beam owner’s suite. On the same deck, there can be two or three VIP cabins. On the main deck, Bluegame has adopted an asymmetrical layout, with a single staircase positioned on the starboard side to maximise the dining area.
The decision to furnish the saloon with two facing sofas emphasises the feeling of being aboard a superyacht. On the flybridge is the second helm station, a large sundeck and open spaces. Propulsion: three Volvo Penta IPS 1200 units. Maximum speed 30 knots, cruising speed 28 knots.
